Package Cost Includes:

1. Return economy flight – CPT/DBN/CPT – Mango Airlines 2. Accommodation:

a. Southern Sun Elangeni for 2 nights’ accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis in twin share / single rooms. 3. Guaranteed ticket for the test match.

Package Cost Excludes:

1. All land transport.
2. Any meals not specified in the above itinerary or cost inclusions.
3. Items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, laundry, drinks, mini-bar etc.
4. Entrance fees unless specified.
5. Porterage or gratuity (tipping).
6. Optional extras.
7. Additional sightseeing tours.
8. Medical and travel insurance (highly recommended).
9. Passports and visas costs.

2. All costs above are subject to change should suppliers increase their costs due to fuel increases or increases ingovernment taxes.
3. All prices quoted are based on EFT payments only.
4. All accommodation quoted above is strictly subject to availability and payment of deposits.
5. No reservations have been made on your behalf.
6. Package price is subject to availability at time of booking confirmation of all services.
7. Flight details are required 6 months prior to travel.
8. Rooming lists are required 60 days prior to travel for accommodation purposes.
9. Any amendments to confirmed reservations will be liable for cancellation penalties.
10. Porterage has not been included.
11. Check-in at the hotels is at 14h00, should a group wish to have their rooms guaranteed for an early arrival, an extra night’s accommodation would have to be charged.

Payment Schedule:

1. 20% deposit required upon confirmation of the tour.
2. Further 30% deposit required 6 months prior to the tour commencement date.
3. Balance payment required 60 days prior to the tour commencement date.

Cancellation Terms:

1. 10% per person is non-refundable should the tour be cancelled after confirmation.
2. Between 120 days and 91 days prior arrival – 25% penalty per person cancelled (pax decrease).
3. Between 90 days and 61 days prior arrival – 50% penalty per person cancelled (pax decrease).
4. Within 60 days prior arrival – 100% penalty per person cancelled (pax decrease).
